Meet Coach Eric DiFulvio!
U7/U8

Eric DiFulvio has spent his life in soccer—as a player, coach, administrator, and entrepreneur. His playing career began with Auburndale SC, where he played a key role in multiple state championships. At Holy Cross HS in Queens, NY, he helped lead his team to City and State Championships, earning a varsity spot as a sophomore. He continued at the College of Mount St. Vincent, where he played on scholarship and set program records for wins, goals, and postseason success while earning a degree in Psychology.
After transitioning to Pennsylvania, Eric earned his degree in Elementary Education from Kutztown University and shifted his focus to coaching. He quickly rose through the ranks, coaching at Northern Lehigh HS before becoming Director of Soccer and Boys Head Coach at Wilson Area HS, leading program development and player growth. He also coached at Western Lehigh Soccer Club, where his leadership was recognized through multiple roles, including Director of Coaching, Technology Director, Tournament Director, and Interim President. His work helped shape the club’s operations and develop young athletes.
Eric’s impact in club soccer expanded in 2013 when he fully immersed himself in coaching across various age groups, helping players refine their skills and reach higher levels of competition. His ability to blend technical knowledge with mentorship made him a trusted figure in the Lehigh Valley soccer community.
In 2020, Eric co-founded Lehigh Valley Sports Turf and Forward Thinking Technology Solutions, combining his love for soccer with business innovation. During the same year, he financially stepped in to support the local WPSL soccer team, ensuring continued opportunities for female athletes. His dedication to the sport extends beyond the field—he’s committed to building opportunities for young players to thrive.
Above all, Eric is a family man. He and his wife, Jeanie, run their businesses while raising their daughters, Jaycie and Ellie—proving that teamwork and leadership go beyond the game.

Meet Coach Olivia Nyce!
U6

Hello Soccer Stars and Parents!

As we gear up for an incredible soccer season, I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself and share my excitement about being your coach! My name is Coach Olivia, and I'm absolutely thrilled to be leading our soccer teams this year. Soccer has been a huge part of my life since I was your age, and I can't wait to share my passion for the game with all of you. A little bit about me: I started kicking a ball around when I was just about your age and fell in love with the sport instantly. Over the years, I've had the privilege of playing on various teams, meeting incredible teammates, and learning from some amazing coaches. I played defense and forward for the Parkland Girls’ Soccer Team for two years until I tore my ACL and meniscus which ended my soccer career. Despite my injury, I still keep myself involved with the sport as I run the soccer skills program here at LVST. In addition to being a soccer coach, I am a senior at Kutztown University where I am studying elementary education and visual impairment. With a passion for both soccer and working with children, I am committed to creating a fun and positive environment for our little athletes!

During this season we'll learn to dribble, pass, shoot, and play together as a team. But we'll also learn the importance of sportsmanship, encouraging each other, and being gracious whether we win or face challenges. The field is a place to make friends, challenge ourselves, and create memories that will last a lifetime. Let's go team LVST!!!
Meet Coach Sammy Fanger!
U6

Hello friends! I'm Coach Sammy, and I'm so excited to be one of your coaches this soccer season! I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself and share a bit about my journey. I've been playing soccer for 17 years, starting as a little one, kicking a ball around the house, and eventually convincing my parents to sign me up for soccer. As I grew up, I joined several soccer clubs in the area and played midfield at Allentown Central Catholic High School for a few years. Currently, I'm a junior at DeSales University, balancing my nursing studies with playing soccer for my school.
Over the years, I've been fortunate to have amazing coaches who taught me everything I know, and I've made lifelong friendships with teammates that have only deepened my love for the game. I'm beyond excited to be one of your first coaches as you start your own soccer journey, and I can't wait to see what we accomplish together this season!
