Birthday Party Packages at LVST will have access to our entire facility as a private event! You AND your guests will be the ONLY ones utilizing the facility!

Includes:
TWO HOURS PARTY TIME
(30 MINS For party-room SET UP and 15 MINS FOR CLEAN UP (Not factored into party time)
Tables, chairs and Linens set up in our party room
(Linen color choice of white, black or silver)
Soccer balls, dodge balls, kickballs, footballs (sports gear)
TWO LVST Party Host to help with set up and clean up
Happy Birthday message on our TV's with bday child's name and Birthday Theme

INSTRUCTOR LED ACTIVITIES: $50 (see below for game options)
PIZZA: $23/Per Large Pie (local pizzeria)
BEVERAGE TABLE: $30 (table only - must bring your own ice and drinks)
EXTRA TIME: $165 (Hour) or $82.50 (Half Hour)
More than 75 Guests: $75 (charge for extra party hosts/cleaning/damage fee)

You get to choose 3 games if you select the instructor lead activities add on for your party!
Games typically last about 30-45 minutes depending on age and interest level!

Q'S AND A'S!
Q. Can we tip the party hosts for a job well done?
A. Absolutely! Tips are not required but the party hosts definitely appreciate them for all of their hard work!
Q. Can I bring cake and/or desserts?
A. Absolutely, we can even set up a dessert station for you!
Q. Can I bring in outside vendors for my child's party (i.e. face painters, balloon twister, DJ etc.)?
A. Absolutely!
Q. Can we book more time to set up the party room if 30 mins is not enough?
A. Absolutely! As long as we do not have a party before yours you can book additional time for set up. There is an extra cost associated.
Q. Can I bring decorations?
A. Absolutely! Guest can come in 30 mins prior to the party start time to set up any decorations they wish.
We just ask, please no confetti/confetti balloons or scotch taping anything to the windows or walls!
Q. Can we bring food + drinks?
A. Yes you may! We have a Refrigerator you can use as well if you wish.
Q. What's required for booking a birthday party?
A. A birthday request form and deposit.
Q. How much is the non refundable deposit to reserve date?
A. $100
Q. How do I pay the $100 deposit?
A. You can pay in person at our facility,
over the phone or by emailed invoice. Emailed invoice preferred and easiest way!
Q. Does the $100 non refundable deposit come off the party package purchase ?
A. Yes!

While we do our best to accommodate all party date requests, we highly recommend reserving your date at least 3 months in advance to ensure availability of your preferred date and time. We are currently booking 3-4 months out.
