Weekend EVENT STAFF

Job Description:

Lehigh Valley Sports Turf is seeking responsible, organized, and energetic individuals to join our weekend team! We specialize in hosting private birthday parties for children ages 1–10, as well as open and private play sessions and youth soccer programs. This is a fun, fast-paced opportunity perfect for someone who enjoys working with kids and families while being part of a supportive and enthusiastic team.

 

Party Host

  • Set up party rooms as directed by the guest, manager, or lead host

  • Greet and assist families throughout their event

  • Serve as cashier or bouncy house attendant when needed

  • Help clean and reset the space after each party

  • Additional duties may be assigned based on the event

​

Soccer Program Assistant

  • Support lead coaches during soccer drills and games

  • Help engage children in activities and maintain a positive environment

  • Assist with setup and cleanup of the turf area

  • Follow direction from lead coaches as needed

​

Open/Private Play Attendant

  • Be available to assist during open or private play sessions

  • Serve as cashier, bounce house attendant, or general support

  • Maintain a clean and safe play space before, during, and after events

​​

Requirements

  • Flexible weekend availability is a must (Saturdays & Sundays, occasional Friday evenings)

  • Ability to follow instructions and work well on a team

  • Great communication and customer service skills

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to making each event special for our guests

​​

Pay: $12-$16/hour + occasional tips!
